Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
On 19 December 2007, the Company announced the proposed sale of the business and
assets of each of Eclectic Group Limited and I G Software Limited. At an
extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today, the resolution to
approve the sale was duly passed.
Completion of the disposal is expected to occur on Monday, 7 January 2008.
