Placing to raise £400,000
The Company is pleased to announce that it has issued 200,000,000 new ordinary
shares of 0.1p each at 0.2p per share to raise £400,000, before expenses.
Having completed two acquisitions in the last three months, the funds will be
applied to fund due diligence, legal and other costs and provide further
working capital as the group continues to expand.
The new shares will rank pari passu with other ordinary shares and application
has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
which is expected to be on 24 August 2007.
