Holdings in Company
The Company has been advised as follows:
(a) on 17 September 2009, that as a result of a disposal of voting rights on 8
September 2009 Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Limited, held voting
rights in respect of 152,698,388 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
8.97% of the total number of shares in the Company;
(b) on 21 September 2009, that as a result of an acquisition of voting rights on
10 September 2009 Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Limited, held
voting rights in respect of 153,313,649 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 9.00% of the total number of shares in the Company; and
(c) on 24 September 2009, that as a result of a disposal of voting rights on 16
September 2009 Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Limited, held voting
rights in respect of 152,708,528 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
8.97% of the total number of shares in the Company.
