The Company announces that it was notified today that Graham John Duncan , Chief
Executive Officer, bought 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') today at a price of £0.0065 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr
Duncan is interested in 22,539,208 Ordinary Shares representing 6.88 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that it was notified today that Peter James Ford ,
Non Executive Director, bought 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') today at a price of £0.0065 pence per share. Following this
purchase Mr Ford is interested in 19,732,369 Ordinary Shares representing 6.02
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
