Director and Other Share Dealings
The Company announces that it was notified today that Alan J Bonner, Chief
Executive Officer, bought 10,000,000 Ordinary shares in the Company following
the closing of the market on 30 September 2009 at a price of 0.235 pence per
share, being the mid-market closing price of the shares on 30 September 2009.
Following this purchase Mr. Bonner is interested in 172,791,257 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 10.15 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
The Company has also been informed today that Paul Goodland and Darron Giddens
each bought 10,000,000 Ordinary shares in the Company following the closing of
the market on 30 September 2009 at a price of 0.235 pence per share, being the
mid-market closing price of the shares on 30 September 2009. Following these
purchases each of Mr. Giddens and Mr. Goodland is interested in 178,273,709
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.47 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
