Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Glen (AIM: GLN), the solutions based provider of communications technology and
services is pleased to announce the appointment today of David Dennis Hewitt as
an additional Non-Executive Director of the Company.
David Hewitt (59) has more than 15 years' experience as a plc director. He has
worked with several major businesses in the UK and the USA and since 2005 has
owned and operated a management consultancy specialising in board and sales team
development and business engineering.
Mr Hewitt is the registered and beneficial owner of 15,499,429 ordinary shares
of 0.10p in the Company, representing approximately 1.30% of the issued share
capital.
Graham J Duncan, Glen's Chief Executive, stated:
"I am delighted that David Hewitt has joined us in the role of non-executive
director. His considerable experience in management, sales and marketing will be
a great asset to the group as we move to create a solutions based communications
business of substance."

1999. The Harland Group Limited was made subject to an administration order in
November 1999 and was put into creditors voluntary liquidation in May 2003.
