Completion of Sale
On 19 December 2007, the Company announced the proposed sale of the business and
assets of each of Eclectic Group Limited and I G Software Limited for a
consideration of up to £3.0m. As also announced, this transaction was approved
by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on
4 January 2008. The sale has now been completed and the initial proceeds of
£2.25m have today been received.
